Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some of our most frequently asked questions but if there is something else you want to ask, check out our contact us page and we will get back to you just as soon as we can.
1. Do you have any contracts?
A. No we don't. We want happy customers, not prisoners so you can cancel your account with us at any time.
2. What does Just Magento do?
A. Just Magento will customise, install and host your online store and we will also make sure that the web server security and software upgrades are up to date. Plus we will provide you with online and toll free support, and every new customer gets a Basics of SEO tutorial so you can make the most of the SEO features of your new online store.
3. What doesn't Just Magento do?
A. Just Magento doesn't handle any payments on your behalf or ship any products for you. Nor do we manage your passwords or computer security or provide images for the websites. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information.
4. Can I use my own domain name?
A. Absolutely. You will need to get your domain registrar to point it to our webservers, which is a piece of cake. If you already have email addresses set-up tell your registrar so they make sure they keep operating. Alternatively we can purchase a domain on your behalf or you can use one of our free third-level domain names (e.g. www.yourstore.justmagento.co.nz).
5. How many email addresses can I have?
A. As many as you need - seriously, 1 or 100, we don't mind.
6. How many catergories and products can I have?
A. As many as you need - seriously, 1 or 10,000, we don't mind.
7. Can my new website accept credit card payments?
A. Sure can. We will integrate your site to Payment Express, Paypal, Moneybookers, flo2Cash or any other payment gateway provider who has a extension for MagentoCommerce websites for free when we customise your website.
8. How do I pay you?
A. We accept credit cards via Paypal and bank deposits. We require a minimum of 50% upfront for new websites and the remainder when we have finished customising your new online store.
